摘要
介绍新钢第二炼钢厂火灾报警控制系统的组成和工作原理,对漏报、误报等故障现象进行原因分析。采取改善作业环境、消除设备缺陷和优化管理制度等措施后,火灾报警控制系统的运行率从60%提高至96%,且未出现较大的误报和漏报现象。
The composition and working principle of fire alarm control system are introduced in No. 2 Steelmaking Plant of Xinyu Steel. And the reasons of failure phenomena such as omission and false alarm are analyzed. After taking measures to improve the working environment to improve equipment defects and management system,the operation rate of fire alarm control system are increased from 60% to 96%,and there is no major false alarm or omission.
