Analysis and Research on the Online Monitoring System Technology for Reciprocating Natural Gas Compressor in Offshore Oil Platform

通过对海洋石油作业平台往复压缩机运行的特点与检维修要求进行描述与分析,通过对海洋石油作业平台往复压缩机组常发故障进行总结和讨论,针对性提出实施往复压缩机组在线监测的技术难点和研究方向,为实现离岸压缩机,组由事后维修模式逐步向预知性维修模式过渡提供了远程监测的可行性技术方案。

The paper described and analyzed the operating characteristics and maintenance requirement of reciprocating compressor used in offshore oil platform, and summarized and discussed the common failures occurred in reciprocating compressor unit in offshore oil platform. The difficulties and research trend of online monitoring technology for reciprocating compressor was pointed out,which provided feasible technical solution of remote monitoring for the realization of offshore compressor unit from breakdown maintenance mode gradually to predictive maintenance mode.
