摘要
介绍了一种目前国际上最大型螺杆压缩机壳体的孔加工专机。用双镗杆同步加工螺杆壳体中的孔,在加工运行中确保镗杆的直线度和位置度的精度,从而保证螺杆壳体孔的精度,解决了孔径变化大和长径比大的孔的加工难题,并对一些重要部件性能特点作介绍说明。
This paper introduced the design of a rotor hole machining machine for extra large screw compressor in the world. A double boring bar was used to process the rotor hole to ensure the straightness and precision of position of boring rod. Then the precision of screw shell hole was guaranteed and the processing problem with great change of hole diameter and long diameter ratio was solved.The performance characteristics of some important parts were introduced and stated in the paper as well.
