摘要
排气盘管是连接压缩机机芯与壳体的重要振动传递零部件,管内流动的是经过气缸压缩后的高压气流,设计合理的排气盘管既可以减少气流压力损失、提升性能,也能减小管道振动传递、避免共振及压缩机噪声。本研究对某厂家生产的一款压缩机进行噪声、振动测试,经过锤击实验证明为排气盘管存在共振,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行模态分析与改善设计,避开了电源工作频率,明显降低了压缩机噪声与振动。
Compressor discharge pipe is an important vibration transmission part which connects compressor core and shell, and flowing high pressure airflow inside. Reasonable design of discharge pipe can reduce air pressure loss, and improve performance. It can also reduce piping vibration transmission, avoid resonance and reduce compressor noise and vibration. This research tested noise and vibration of a manufacturer producing compressor, and found this compressor had a resonance problem by hammer experiment. It simulated modal of discharge pipe by using ANSYS Workbench software, and improved the design. That avoided power running frequency, and significantly reduced the compressor noise and vibration.
