中国改革开放的历程,就是跨国公司逐步加大在中国投资和布局的嬗变过程。不可否认,跨国公司的进入,有助于优化中国的产业结构,有助于解决部分就业问题,有助于提升中国产业的市场竞争能力和促进中国的经济增长。同时,跨国公司在中国的加速布局和规模扩大,在一定程度上导致国内许多行业自主品牌流失、新技术转移壁垒、市场竞争秩序紊乱,甚至对中国重点行业和战略产业实行了一定程度的控制,对我国的经济安全构成威胁。

The course of China＇s reform and opening up is the process of multinational corporations gradually increasing their investment and adjust their layout in China.It is undeniable that the entry of multinational corporations plays an important role in optimizing China＇s industrial structure,solving some of the employment problems,enhancing China＇s industrial market competitiveness,and promoting China＇s economic growth.However,to a certain extent,the accelerated layout and expansion of multinational corporations in China have led to the loss of independent brands in many industries in China,barriers to the transfer of new technologies,and disorder of market competition order.Even the key industries and strategic industries in China have been controlled to a certain extent,which poses a threat to the economic security of our country.
