Research on Operational Mechanism of “Three Society Linkage” in Putuo District of Shanghai

上海市普陀区根据建立健全社区、社会组织和社会工作专业人才联动服务机制的要求,按照"受益广泛、群众急需、服务专业"的原则,以社区为平台,落实社会福利、社会救助、优抚安置、婚姻家庭等相关政策,开展专业社会工作服务,在一定程度上满足了各类困难群体、弱势人群和广大居民的个性化、多样化社会服务需求。

Putuo District,Shanghai,according to the requirements of the establishment of a joint service mechanism for community,social organizations,and social work professionals,in accordance with the principle of ＂extensive benefit,urgent need of the masses,service profession＂,taking the community as the platform,implementing social welfare,social assistance,and special care placement policies related to marriage,family,etc.,carrying out professional social work services,and to a certain degree,it has met the needs of individualized and diversified social services for all kinds of difficult groups,vulnerable groups,and residents.
