摘要
先进控制器难以长期高效投用是控制模型不能自动适应生产装置改造以及控制对象的变化所致。文章阐述了基于Aspen ONE组件开发的先进控制模型在线自适应辨识系统的核心算法、功能和实现过程,以及在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司3~#柴油加氢和2~#乙二醇两套生产装置先进控制系统上自动辨识装置变化并校正控制模型,使先进控制器长期持续保持高投用率的方法和应用效果。
It is difficult to use advanced controllers for long-term and efficient investment because the control model cannot automatically adapt to changes in production equipment and changes in control objects. The core algorithms,functions,and implementation processes of an on-line adaptive identification system for advanced control models based on Aspen ONE component development, as well as the production of 3~#diesel hydrogenation and 2~#ethylene glycol in Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. are introduced. The device automatically recognizes changes in the device and corrects the control model on the advanced control system,so that the advanced controller can continue to maintain a high investment rate and application results.
