催化裂化烟气脱硫单元的运行分析及改进 被引量:1

摘要 中海油惠州石化有限公司催化烟气脱硫除尘单元的投用可使烟气SO_2和颗粒物达标排放,存在的问题是外排含盐污水悬浮物(TSS)超标和SO_3含量偏高导致烟气中存在蓝色烟羽现象。通过优化冲洗频次和换用高效的复合絮凝剂,含盐污水悬浮物能稳定达标;全面消除催化烟气蓝色烟羽可能需结合前端控制烟气SO_3的生成与后端强化亚微米颗粒和酸雾的捕集;应用硫转移剂可有效改善烟囱蓝色烟羽和拖尾现象。 The application of catalytic flue gas desulphurization and dust removal unit of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. can effectively control the emission of SO_2 and particulate matter from flue gas. The problem is blue plume phenomenon caused by TSS exceeding standard and high content of SO_3 in flue gas. By optimizing the frequency of flushing and replacing the high-efficiency composite flocculant,the salt-containing sewage suspended matter can be stably up to standard. Comprehensive elimination of the blue flue gas of the catalytic flue gas may require the combination of front-end control of generation of smoke SO_3 and back-end reinforcement of sub-micron particles and acid Fog capture. The use of sulfur transfer agents can effectively improve the chimney blue plume and tailing phenomenon.
