国产新型碳三选择加氢催化剂的工业化应用

摘要 介绍了新型碳三选择加氢催化剂BC-H-30B在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2~#乙烯装置上的长周期工业应用情况。BC-H-30B催化剂采用非传统方法制备,贵金属负载量比传统方法降低50%。运行结果显示:BC-H-30B催化剂性能稳定,首周期运行时间达到35个月,完全满足装置使用要求,催化剂可以不经还原直接开车投用,丙烯选择性高,抗波动性能好,当反应空速相对正常工况增加50%时仍可稳定运行。 The long-period industrial application of the new carbon three selective hydrogenation catalyst BC-H-30 B in 2^# ethylene plant of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. was introduced. The BC-H-30 B catalyst was prepared with non-traditional methods and the noble metal loading was reduced by 50%compared to the conventional method. The operating results show that the performance of BC-H-30 B catalyst is stable,and the first cycle running time reaches 35 months,which fully meets the requirements of the device. The catalyst can be directly driven without reduction. The selectivity of propylene is high,and the anti-fluctuation performance is good. The airspeed phase can still operate stably without increasing normal operating conditions by 50%.
