玻纤网布压嵌塑料建筑模板力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以PE塑料为基材、玻璃纤维网布为增强材料,采用压入法使玻璃纤维网布嵌入PE塑料中制成复合塑料建筑模板,可以显著提高复合塑料建筑模板的静曲强度和弹性模量等力学性能.通过对复合塑料建筑模板进行应力分析,研究玻璃纤维网布的压嵌深度和网格尺寸对复合塑料建筑模板力学性能的影响.结果表明:玻纤网布的铺放位置越靠近表层,压嵌深度越小,复合塑料建筑模板的抗弯力学性能越好;通过玻璃纤维网布铺放位置对复合层板弹性模量的预测和验证试验,玻纤网布网格尺寸对复合塑料建筑模板静曲强度和弹性模量亦有显著影响.网格尺寸越小,模板的力学性能越好,即模板的静曲强度和弹性模量越大. Using PE as base material and glass-fiber mesh as reinforcing material,this study made composite plastic building templates by embedding the glass-fiber mesh into the PE plastic template. Through experiment we found that this method greatly enhanced the static bending intensity and elasticity modulus of composite plastic building templates. In order to probe into the influence of the embedded depth and the grid size of the glass-fiber mesh on the mechanical properties of the composite templates,the stress analysis was conducted. The results showed that the more close to the surface the laying location of the glass-fiber mesh and the smaller the embedded depth of the glass-fiber mesh,the better the bending mechanical properties of the composite plastic building templates. Moreover,the grid size had obvious significance to the static bending intensity and elasticity modulus. The smaller the grid of the glassfiber mesh was,the higher the modulus of the static bending intensity and elasticity would be.
