摘要
为探索重金属铜离子对土壤抗生素抗性菌抗性的影响,从土壤中分离出一株链霉素的抗生素抗性菌S-2,对其生理生化特性、分子生物学鉴定、Cu^(2+)对细菌的生长曲线的影响及抗生素和铜离子的交叉抗性进行了研究.结果表明,抗性菌株S-2对Cu^(2+)表现出一定的抗性.药敏实验还表明抗性菌株S-2具有多重耐药性,能够耐受链霉素、头孢拉定、庆大霉素、新霉素以及氨苄霉素;抗性菌株S-2对链霉素和Cu^(2+)、青霉素钠和Cu^(2+)及磺胺噻唑和Cu^(2+)有交叉抗性.
To explore the effect of heavy metal copper ions on resistance of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in soil,one strain resistant to streptomycin,designated S-2,was isolated from soil,and its physiological and biochemical characteristics,identification of molecular biology,the growth curve of bacteria in different concentrations of Cu2+and cross-resistance of antibiotics and Cu2+were studied. Results showed that the growth of S-2 is influenced by the concentration of Cu2+,and S-2 has resistance to Cu2+. Antibiotic susceptibility test showed that,S-2 has multiple drug resistance to sulfathiazole,cefradine,gentamicin,neomycin and ampicillin. Also,S-2 has cross-resistance of streptomycin and Cu2+,penicilin and Cu2+,and sulfathiazole and Cu2+.
