不同不排卵方案在IVF-ET中的比较

摘要 目的比较不同促排卵方案对体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月~2017年6月在我院辅助生殖中心要求助孕的标准质控不孕症患者。比较不同方案的GN用量及天数、获卵数、可移植胚胎数、全胚冷冻率、妊娠结局、流产率。结果卵泡期长方案,GN量最小,GN天数最长。卵泡期长方案的妊娠率显著高于长效长方案、短效长方案、拮抗剂方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论拮抗剂妊娠率明显低于其余方案,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全胚冷冻率及OHSS发生率各方案之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)
