综合护理干预对腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术期的护理效果观察

目的观察综合护理干预对腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术期的护理效果。方法选取我院腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕围手术期患者55例,分为对照组28例,观察组27例,给予常规护理的为对照组,给予综合护理的为观察组,观察患者护理效果。结果观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、手术时间、住院时间、疼痛时间比对照组少,护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫外孕患者进行腹腔镜治疗,在围术期给予综合护理,对提高手术成功率及提高护理满意度有积极作用,方可借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the perioperative nursing effect of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 55 patients undergoing peritoneal laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were divided into control group （n = 28）, observation group （n = 27）, routine nursing group as control group, comprehensive nursing group as observation group, and observation of patient care effect. Results The gastrointestinal function recovery time, operation time, hospitalization time and pain time in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy, perioperative comprehensive care given to improve the success rate of surgery and improve nursing satisfaction have a positive effect, before drawing.
