当下城市剧院的发展困境与突围之策——以浙江为例

Dilemma of Theatres Development and the Breakthrough Ways

当下城市剧院发展,在本体方面存在着舞台艺术产品的窄众化趋向、剧院设置与剧院使用不匹配、经营管理人才匮乏等问题;在生态系统方面存在着政府对剧院的财政投入不尽合理、文艺表演团体对剧院的上游支持不足、演出票务网站对剧院的数据掠夺等问题。针对现状,建议通过提升政府对剧院财政投入的效益、推出演艺消费惠民票补政策、做好剧院受众市场的精细管理等综合举措以实现对城市剧院发展困境的突围。

Chinese theatres meet some tough problems. The fewer audience of stagecraft, the mismatching betweenconstruction and use, the lack of management personnel are the main problems of theatres themselves. The irrationalfinancial support to theatres, the shortage support of theatrical performing groups and the data plundering from ticketing website to theatres are the main problems of performing arts ecology. In view of current situation, the paper suggests through improving the financial input’s benefit, discounting tickets of theatrical performing and upgrading theservice level of the theater to solve the problems.
