水库移民城镇化安置的社会风险及其治理——以云南楚雄青山嘴水库移民安置为例

随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,水库移民城镇化安置逐渐成为创新移民安置方式的必然选择。但从以往的水库移民城镇化安置方式来看,还存在资金短缺、教育资源不足、社会保障不能跟进等诸多问题及风险。为此,以云南楚雄青山嘴水库移民城镇化安置为例,介绍其移民安置方案和社会经济发展状况,从而剖析出其带来的二次贫困风险、社会融合风险和社会管理风险等一系列社会风险,并从风险预防和风险控制两个方面来探寻治理之道。
