The Development Road of Yangzhou's Export-oriented Economy under the Strategy of Innovation-driven Development

在创新驱动发展战略下,扬州市经济保持总体平稳发展,但是扬州市外向型经济的发展整体却不容乐观,如何改善扬州市外向型经济的发展现状则成为急需解决的重要问题。因此,从外贸和外资两个方面分析扬州市外向型经济发展现状,提出发展外向型经济,实施创新驱动战略是最重要的战略举措。这就要求扬州市构建创新驱动体系,具体来说就是要创新思路,积极推进体制机制创新;加大技术创新的投入,推进人才国际化;加快货物贸易优化升级,提升外贸国际竞争力;大力发展服务贸易。

Under the strategy of innovation-driven development,Yangzhou＇s economy has maintained an overall steady development,but the overall development of Yangzhou＇s export-oriented economy is not optimistic.How to improve the current situation of Yangzhou export-oriented economy has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of Yangzhou＇s export-oriented economy from two aspects of foreign trade and foreign investment,and puts forward that developing export-oriented economy and implementing innovation-driven strategy are the most important strategic measures.This requires Yangzhou to build an innovation-driven system,specifically to innovate ideas,actively promote institutional and mechanism innovation,increase investment in technological innovation,promote the internationalization of talents,and accelerate the optimization and upgrading of trade in goods.Enhance the international competitiveness of foreign trade;vigorously develop trade in services.
