摘要
对电力电子变压器的优点、工作原理以及目前研究状况进行了分析。并且对已提出几种普通的PET拓扑结构和大功率PET拓扑结构进行了对比分析,而后提出了一种基于分布式输出的中压PET拓扑结构;分析对比了PET控制策略与级联型整流器的控制方法,为电力电子变压器控制方式的选择提供了较好的依据。
The advantages, working principle and current research status of PET are introduced. Several common PET topological structures and high power PET topological structures are compared and analyzed, and a medium-voltage PET topology based on distributed output is proposed. The control method of PET control strategy and cascade rectifier is analyzed and compared, which provides a good basis for the selection of power electronic transformer control mode.
