摘要
在初步分析了铁磁性试件的涡流磁场特征的基础上,对基于工频交流电的磁性处理主电源的可行性进行了初步的理论分析,接着分别以工频交流电源和脉冲电源为主电源对厚钢板和厚艇模分别进行了磁性处理。实验结果表明,两种制式的主电源无论是对厚钢板还是对厚艇模的磁性处理效果均相当,而采用工频交流电源作为磁性处理主电源时,在一次磁性处理作业中有所需电流幅值小、通电时间短、消耗能量少等特点,初步验证了基于工频交流电的磁性处理主电源的可行性。
Based on primarily analysis of the feature of the Eddy current magnetic field of the ferromagnet, the feasibility of main power supply based on power frequency alternating current for magnetic processing is analyzed theoretically and then the power frequency alternating current power supply and the pulse power supply are used as main power supply to deperm the stick steel plates and the submarine model made of thick steel plates respectively. The experimental results show that, the deperming effects of the two kinds of main deperming power supply are equal, no matter on thick steel plate or submarine model made of thick steel plates, but smaller amplitude, shorter time, less energy consumption in the process when using the 50 Hz alternating power supply as main deperming power supply, and the feasibility of the 50Hz alternating power supply used as main deperming power supply is preliminarily verified.
