德阳市平原区地下水资源禀赋特征与可持续开发利用评价 被引量:8

摘要 在分析德阳市平原区地下水资源禀赋特征的基础上,构建了地下水资源可持续开发利用评价指标体系,提出了相应的指标处理和综合评价等级划分方法。根据当前德阳市平原区地下水开发利用的主要问题和特点选取10个指标,采用GIS的空间叠加分析功能进行了综合评价及区划。结果表明,地下水资源可持续开发利用水平低-较低的区域主要分布在冲洪积扇扇顶的乡镇和各县市的中心城区附近,冲洪积扇扇顶地下水资源禀赋条件是主要制约因素,各县中心城区人类开采是关键的因素。论文建立的评价指标体系及评价过程可为成都平原地下水资源可持续开发及管理提供借鉴与参考。 On the basis of groundwater endowment characteristics analysis in the plain area of Deyang city,evaluation indicators system of groundwater sustainable exploitation and utilization are built,and the corresponding incator processing and evaluation grade methods are proposed. 10 indicators are selected according to the main problems and characteristics of groundwater development and utilization in the plain area of Deyang City. And the comprehensive evaluation and division are carried out by the spatial overlay analysis function of GIS. The results show that,areas with very poor and poor degrees of sustainable capacity are mainly distributed in the town locatedat the top of tlie alluvial fan,and in the central city of each county. groundwater resources endowment characteristics is the main restricting factor in the area of alluvial top fan,and human explooitation is the key factor in the county central city. The evaluation indicators system and evaluation process built in this paper can provide reference for sustainable development and management of groundwater resources in Chengdu plain.
