基于传输线理论的电磁波反射系数正交分析 被引量:5

摘要 分析电磁参数对电磁波反射系数R的影响是电磁波屏蔽吸波研究的热点之一。考虑到影响电磁波反射系数R的因素很多,同时研究多个因素而成为关键点。在国内外学者研究的基础上,基于传输线理论,借助正交试验设计法安排试验方案。分析研究电磁参数的四个因素以及电磁波频率f、吸波层厚度d共六个因素对反射系数的影响。试验结果表明:各个因素对电磁波反射系数R的影响程度从大到小的排列顺序依次是吸波层厚度d、相对复磁导率虚部、相对复磁导率实部、相对复介电常数虚部、电磁波频率f、相对复介电常数实部;在X波段区间内,吸波层厚度d对电磁波反射系数R具有显著影响,而相对复介电常数实部和虚部、相对复磁导率实部和虚部和电磁波频率对电磁波反射系数R影响不够显著。 The influence of electromagnetic parameters on the electromagnetic wave reflection coefficients (R)is one of the hot spots in electromagnetic shielding and wave absorbing. Many factors have influenced the electromagnetic wave reflection coefficients, while studying a number of factors becomes a key point.On the basis of several scholars' previous researches, based on the transmission-line theory,the real part of the complex permeability(μ′), the imaginary part of the relatively complex permeability (μ″), the real part of the complex permittivity (ε′), and the imaginary part of the complex permittivity (ε″) are the four factors considered. Furthermore, the influence of the electromagnetic wave frequency (f)and the thickness of the absorbing layer (d)on the reflection efficient is also analyzed by designing an orthogonal test. Experimental simulation results s how has a significant effect on the R in the X-band interval, while the parametersμ″,μ′,ε″,ε"and f have insignificant impacts.
