摘要
目的探索和制定阶段阅读法,以阅读、思考、分享为三个阶段进行,从而提高军队疗养院护理人员人文素养。方法选取在某院工作1年以上的护理人员260人,按照科室随机分配为实验组和对照组,对照组参加院内制定的人文素养教育课程,统一授课;实验组在参加统一课程的基础上,接受阶段阅读法。在实施阶段阅读法前及实施1年后分别进行"军队疗养院护士人文素养调查问卷",对调查分数统计分析。结果实施阶段阅读法前后两组护理人员通过"军队疗养院护士人文素养调查问卷"取得分数显示,两组在培训后的分数均有所提高,但实验组分值(147.32±10.21)分明显高于对照组(126.31±20.25)分,两组分数比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过品读、思考及分享,有助于军队疗养护理人员获取知识,理解内涵,扩展视野,增长见识,在潜移默化中提高人文素养。
Objective To explore and work out the staged reading method in three stages, reading, thinking andsharing to improve the humanistic quality of nursing staff of military sanatoriums.Methods 260 nursing staff inasanatorium working for over one year were selected and randomly distributed into the experimental group and thecontrol group according to their working department.The control group were taught humanistic quality educationcourses formulated in the sanatorium while the experimental group were given both education courses and stagedreading method.The questionnaire of humanistic quality of nursing staff of military sanatoriums was conducted beforethe staged reading method and one year after its implementation to make statistical analysis.Results The scores ofthe two groups before and after the implementation of staged reading method indicated that the scores of the twogroups improved after the training but the scores (147.32±10.21) of the experimental group was obviously higherthan those (126.31±20.25) of the control group.The score difference of the two groups showed statistical signifi-cance 〈0.05.Conclusion Reading, thinking and sharing help the nursing staff of military sanatoriums acquireknowledge, understand the content, widen their vision and open their mind, improving their humanistic quality.
