摘要 目的:研究比较核磁共振成像(MRI)及CT检测人体颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块的特征差异。方法:以2016年6月-2017年1月在我院放射科日常检查头颈部CTA及MRA的门诊及住院患者86例为研究对象,本组患者均证实为缺血性脑血管病变且接受MRI及CT检查,分析其检查结果差异。结果:患者MRI检查结果显示其颈动脉血管平均狭窄程度为(22.1±1.5)%、患者CT检查结果显示其颈动脉血管平均狭窄程度为(21.8±1.2)%,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRI检查与CT检查患者颈动脉狭窄及粥样硬化斑块均具有良好效果,医护人员可结合实际情况优化选择。 Objective: To compare the characteristics of carotid stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and CT. Methods: A total of 86 outpatients and inpatients with head and neck CTA and MRA were examined in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2017. All the patients were diagnosed as ischemic cerebrovascular disease and underwent MRI and CT examination.Results: The results of MRI examination showed that the average stenosis degree of carotid artery was(22.1 ±1.5)%, and the results of CT examination showed that the average stenosis degree of carotid artery was(21.8±1.2)%, and there was no significant difference between them(P〉0.05). Conclusion: MRI examination and CT examination have good effect on carotid artery stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque,and the medical staff can optimize the selection according to the actual situation.
