甲状旁腺腺瘤MSCT和MRI影像诊断

MSCT and MRI Imaging Diagnosis of Parathyroid Adenoma

目的:分析甲状旁腺腺瘤应用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和磁共振成像(MRI)诊断的临床效果。方法:任选68例2013年10月至2017年10月在我院诊治的甲状旁腺腺瘤患者,其中50例实施MSCT平扫及增强扫描,另外18例实施MRI检查,观察患者的MSCT和MRI影像表现。结果:经MSCT或MRI检查所有患者均检出病灶,且均为单发病灶。结论:MSCT和MRI均能够较为清晰地显示甲状旁腺腺瘤患者的肿瘤部位,能够为临床诊治提供重要依据,可加强应用。

Objective： To analyze parathyroid adenoma application of multislice CT（MSCT） and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in the diagnosis of clinical effect. Methods： Choose 68 cases from October 2013 to October 2017 in our hospital with diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid adenoma patients, 50 cases of MSCT scan and enhanced scan, the other 18 cases of MRI, MSCT and MRI imaging performance were observed. Results： All patients were examined by MSCT or MRI detected lesions, and all are single lesions. Conclusion： MSCT and MRI can clearly show that parathyroid adenoma in patients with tumor site, can provide important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, to enhance the application.
