电池正极工件自动称重分选设备的研制报告

摘要 本文详细介绍了对纽扣电池的石墨正极工件进行全自动高精度称重分选设备的研制过程。在探索试制过程中,工程技术人员对于动作可靠性设计、称重精度稳定性保障、传感器饱和变形测试、系统动态响应分析、零点恢复时限评估、振动消除工艺试验等等技术原理建立了深刻认识,形成自主专有的技术工艺体系,为今后研发此类自动化称重设备积累了宝贵经验。该设备成功投入运行后,终于实现了完全自动化流水线生产,显著提高生产效率,替代原有两个人工分选班组的16名操作工,改善了产品质量管控水平,带来可观的经济效益。 In this paper,the development process of automatic and high precision weighing and sorting equipment for the graphite cathode of button battery is introduced in detail.In the exploration of the development process,engineering and technical personnel for reliability design,security and stability of precision weighing sensor saturation deformation response test,dynamic analysis,zero recovery time evaluation,a profound understanding of the establishment of vibration elimination process of test principle,system forming independent proprietary technology,for the future development of this kind of automatic weighing equipment has accumulated valuable experience.After the equipment was successfully put into operation,the fully automated production line was finally realized,which significantly improved the production efficiency and replaced the 16 operators of the original two manual sorting teams,which improved the product quality control level and brought considerable economic benefits.
