摘要 以欧李农大7号品种的大田苗叶片为外植体,研究了单因素2,4-D,NAA和多因素NAA,6-BA,TDZ生长调节剂对该品种愈伤组织诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明,单因素和多因素均可诱导出愈伤组织,单因素以2,4-D0.8 mg/L最好,诱导率达到97.5%;NAA 0.5 mg/L次之,诱导率为93.7%。多因素在MS培养基下,MS+NAA 0.8 mg/L+6-BA 1 mg/L组合最佳,诱导率达到98.8%;MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+TDZ 3.5 mg/L次之,诱导率为98.3%。增殖时,生长调节剂单因素添加2,4-D 0.8 mg/L最好,多因素MS+2,4-D 0.6 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L组合最佳。 In this experiment, leaves from field-grown Cerasus humilis cultivar Nongda 7 was used as the materials. The effects of single factor 2,4-D, NAA and multi-factor NAA, 6-BA and TDZ growth regulators on callus induction and proliferation were studied. The results showed that the callus could be induced by single and multiple factors. The results of single factor test showed that MS+2,4-D0.8 mg/L was the most effective for the callus induction of leaves from Nongda 7 with a induction rate of 97.5%, followed by MS + NAA0.5 mg/L with a induction rate of 93.7%. Multiple factor test results showed that MS+NAA 0.8 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L had the highest induction rate(98.8%), followed by MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L + TDZ 3.5 mg/L with a induction rate of 98.3%. The most suitable single factor for the proliferation of callus was to add 2,4-D 0.8 mg/L, and the best multiple factors were MS+2,4-D 0.6 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L.
