摘要
以甘蓝幼苗为试验材料,研究了CO_2加富((800±50)μmol/mol)对甘蓝穴盘苗光合特性和秧苗质量指标的影响。结果表明,CO_2加富后甘蓝幼苗的株高及茎粗显著增大,干物质积累增加;甘蓝幼苗的根系活力、净光合速率显著升高;幼苗的可溶性糖、维生素C含量和叶绿素含量极显著增加。
With cabbage seedlings as test material, the effect of CO_2 enrichment((800 ±50)μmol/mol) on photosynthetic characteristics and seedling quality of cabbage were studied. The results showed that the plant height and the stem diameter of the cabbage seedlings and the accumulation of dry matter increased. The root activity and net photosynthetic rate of cabbage seedlings increased significantly. The content of soluble sugar, vitamin C and chlorophyll in seedlings increased significantly.
