摘要
通过构建农用地集约利用评价体系,将AHP法和熵值法相结合,运用综合赋值法对农用地集约利用评价指标赋值,采用综合指数法计算了2016年晋中市11个县(市)的农用地集约利用程度,并通过聚类分析对其集约度进行了地域差异分析。结果表明,在原有研究的基础上,根据农用地集约利用的内涵和要求,构建了农用地集约利用指标体系,将其集约利用程度分为投入程度、利用程度、利用效益和可持续状况4个方面,综合涵盖了社会、经济、生态这3个方面的内容;通过聚类分析,将2016年晋中市11个县(市)的农用地集约利用程度总体分为3个等级,榆社县(0.137)、左权县(0.124)、和顺县(0.146)、昔阳县(0.245)、灵石县(0.216)和介休市(0.307)等6县的集约利用度处于较低的等级,全市55%的县集约利用程度较低;由于各个县的农业基础不同,自然条件和经济发展状况差距偏大,其中,祁县的集约利用程度最高,为0.771,左权县的集约利用程度最低,为0.124,二者集约度之差为0.647,11个县(市)的农用地集约利用程度在地域上存在显著差异。
By constructing an agricultural land intensive utilization evaluation system, the AHP method and the entropy method were combined and the comprehensive evaluation method was proposed to assign value to the indexes of agricultural land use intensive evaluation, then the comprehensive index method was used to calculate the degree of intensive use of agricultural land in 11 counties(cities)of Jinzhong city in 2016. The regional differences in intensive degree were analyzed after cluster analysis. The results showed that on the basis of the original research, this paper constructed an index system based on the connotation and requirements of intensive use of agricultural land, and divided the degree of intensive use into four aspects: the degree of investment, the degree of utilization, the efficiency of utilization, and the sustainable situation. It covered society, economy and ecology. Through cluster analysis, the overall levels of agricultural land intensive use in the 11 counties were divided into three levels. The intensification utilization degrees of 6 counties were at low levels, which included Yushe county(0.137), Zuoquan county(0.124), and Heshun county(0.146), Xiyang county(0.245), Lingshi county(0.216)and Jiexiu city(0.307)and 55% of the counties in the entire city had a low level of intensive utilization.Due to the different agricultural foundations, the gap between natural conditions and economic development was relatively large in different counties. Among them, the highest degree of intensive use of Qixian county was 0.771, and the lowest degree was 0.124 in Zuoquan county. The difference between the two intensive degrees was 0.647. There were significant differences in the degree of agricultural land intensive use in 11 counties(cities).
