反相高效液相色谱法测定50%六氢-1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)均三嗪

Determination of 50% Hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine by HPLC

采用反相高效液相色谱法测定六氢-1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)均三嗪,使用ZORBAX Extend-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.2%三乙胺水溶液-甲醇作为流动相,检测波长230nm,外标法对六氢-1,3,5-三(2-羟乙基)均三嗪进行分析和定量。方法的线性相关系数为0.9995,标准偏差为0.14%,变异系数为0.26%,平均回收率为99.9%。

The hexahydro-1,3,5-tris（hydroxyethyl）-s-triazine was determinated by HPLC with external standard method for quantitive analysis, which using the C18 reverse phase column, UV-detector and 0.2% triethylamine aqueous solution-methanol as mobile phase.The results shows that the linear correlation coefficient of this method was 0.9995, the standard deviation was 0.14%, the coefficient of variation was 0.26% and the average recovery rate was 99.9%.
