摘要 在煤层气钻井施工过程中,如果受到地层应力、施工条件、岩石性质等因素的影响,就容易发生卡钻、井眼坍塌等事故,通过应用钻井液性能维护技术,能够降低煤层塌方几率。对此,首先对煤层气钻井井壁失稳机理进行介绍,然后采用实验分析方式,对防塌钻井液技术的性质、应用要点和效果进行详细探究,以期为井壁稳定工作提供借鉴性方案。 in the process of coalbed methane drilling,if we are affected by factors such as formation stress,construction conditions and rock properties,it is easy to cause accidents such as sticking and borehole collapse. By applying drilling fluid performance and maintenance technology,we can reduce the probability of coal seam collapse. In this regard,this article first carries on the introduction of the CBM well borehole instability mechanism,and then by way of experimental analysis on properties,anti sloughing drilling fluid technology application and effect are reviewed,in order to provide reference for wellbore stability work.
