摘要
针对动力锂电池的电压不平衡问题,分析了单体锂电池的充放电特性以及电池组串联的不一致性,在现有锂电池组均衡拓扑的基础上,提出了一种将变压器均衡电路和专用芯片BQ78PL116控制的电感均衡电路相结合的混合主动均衡策略,设计了变压器均衡电路,开发了主控系统软件模块以及主控与专用芯片通信程序等,构成一个具有电池基本信息监控LCD显示、电池保护以及不一致均衡等功能的电池管理系统。通过在静止、放电以及充电状态下由变压器均衡和电感均衡构成的混合主动均衡法与纯电感均衡法的比对实验,证明了混合主动均衡法在均衡调节速度与均衡效率方面的优势。
In order to solve the inconsistency between the single cells of lithium batteries, the battery charge characteristics, battery discharge characteristics and the inconsistencies characteristics of the battery string were analyzed. A hybrid active balance control method combined with a balancing transformer and a balancing inductance using BQ78 PL116 controllers was proposed on the basis of existing balance topologies. The hardware and software of the system were designed including a circuit for the battery equalization based on the balancing transformer, a master control system and the corresponding software and communication programs to build a battery management system. The experiment results certificate that the mixed active balance has faster balance speed and higher efficiency.
