某市包装饮用水微生物污染状况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测某市市售包装饮用水中大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌的污染情况,为市场监管和国家制定相应标准提供科学依据。方法:按照2017年国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则中的标准要求,对该市市场上抽取的包装饮用水中大肠菌群和铜绿假单胞菌进行检测,对检测数据使用Excel软件对检测结果进行差异显著性分析。结果:抽检的57份样品中有3份检出大肠菌群,检出率为5.26%,12份检出铜绿假单胞菌,检出率为21.05%。大肠菌群的检出率与铜绿假单胞菌检出率之间存在显著差异(x2=6.22,P=0.013,P<0.05)。结论:该市包装饮用水微生物污染状况存在安全隐患,建议食品监管部门应加强生产卫生监察,保障消费者身体健康。 Objective: to detect the contamination situations of coliform and pseudomonas aeruginis in the packaged drinking water in a city, and to provide scientific basis for market regulation and drawing up the national standards. Method: According to the 2017 national food safety supervision and detailed rules for the implementation of the standards, the coliform and pseudomonas aeruginosa in the packaged drinking water were detected in the city market, and significant differences of data were analyzed by Excel. Results three out of 57 samples were detected with coliform , the detection rate was 5.26%, 12 samples were detected with pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the detection rate was 21.05%.There was a significant difference between the detection rate of coliform and the detection rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa (x2=6.22, P=0.013, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: it is suggested that the food supervision department should strengthen production hygiene supervision and ensure the health of consumers.
