摘要 在我国人民群众生活质量水平不断提升的过程中,各种类型的食品逐渐进入人们的生活,但与此同时,食品质量安全问题发生率仍然难以得到有效控制。作为食品企业生产食品过程中的一个重要环节,食品质量检验不单单和企业的发展以及经济效益水平之间有一定相互关系,也会对我国人民群众的生命财产安全造成一定影响。因此目前我国各项食品检验过程中,生物检测技术的应用应得到充分的重视。 In the process of improving the quality of life of the people of our country, various kinds of food have gradually entered into people’s life, but at the same time, the probability of food quality and safety is still difficult to be effectively controlled. As an important link in the process of food production, food is an important part of food production. The quality inspection not only has a certain relationship with the development of enterprises and the level of economic benefits, but also has a certain impact on the life and property safety of the people of our country. Therefore, the application of biological detection technology in the process of food inspection in China should be fully valued.
