基于泡沫工作室的食品雕刻教学实践

本文以职业高中成立的泡沫工作室为例,对泡沫工作室功能以及应用方向展开探讨。在此基础上,重点论述泡沫工作室应用后对食品雕刻教学实践的推动作用,以及教学应用中带来的成果,并结合当前社会发展现状对泡沫工作室的未来发展前景作出探讨,促进泡沫工作室在食品雕刻教学中发挥更积极的作用,为教学实践开展创造良好的平台。

This paper takes the foam studio set up in vocational high school as an example to discuss the function and application direction of foam studio.
