摘要
预防性食品监督是食品卫生监督管理的重要内容,我国早在2003年就开始进行食品卫生监督,并且实现了量化管理,将预防性卫生监督纳入量化考评中。本文结合食品企业预防性卫生监督中存在的问题,提出有效的解决措施。
Preventive food supervision is an important content of food hygiene supervision and management. Our country began to carry out food hygiene supervision as early as 2003, and realized quantitative management, and put preventive hygiene supervision into quantitative evaluation.Based on the problem of preventive hygiene supervision in food enterprises, effective measures are put forward in this paper.
