摘要
随着社会的进步和生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量提出了更高的要求,不管是医疗水平还是食品健康,都成为社会关注的焦点。从近几年我国食品安全的发展现状来看,食品安全问题频发,人们的健康受到了极大的威胁,这不仅与食品生产制造商有关,食品监管部门也有着不可推卸的责任,因此我国应多参考国外食品标准体系管理的经验,针对自身的发展做出深刻的探究与反思,从而及时解决我国食品安全问题,促进食品健康的发展。本文分析了我国食品安全中存在的问题,提出具体的措施来促进食品标准体系的建立。
With the progress of society and the improvement of living standards, people have put forward higher demands on the quality of life. Both medical level and food health have become the focus of social attention. From the current situation of the development of food safety in China in recent years, the problems of food safety are frequent, and people’s health has been greatly threatened. The threat is not only related to the food production manufacturers, but also the food supervision department. Our country should refer to the experience of the foreign food standard system management and make deep exploration and Reflection on its own development, so as to solve the problem of food safety in our country and promote the development of food health in time. This paper analyzes the problems in China’s food safety, and puts forward specific measures to promote the establishment of food standard system.
