摘要
本文以政策法规体系的完善为切入点,以强化对食品安全进行监管的力度为目标,运用理论与实际相结合的方式,在分析我国食品安全监管体系的现状的基础上,有针对性地提出了提高食品安全监管效率的建议,以期能够为从事食品安全监管工作的部门及人员提供帮助。
This paper from the improvement of policies and regulations point of view, strengthens the supervision of food safety as the goal, applies a combination of theory and practice, and on the basis of analysing the status quo of China’s food safety supervision system, it is specifically proposed. The proposal to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision is expected to provide assistance to departments and individuals engaged in food safety supervision work.
