佛山市食品质量安全标准体系的建设研究

摘要 本文以佛山市食品质量安全标准体系建设为研究对象,通过总结我国食品质量安全标准体系的现状,分析佛山市食品质量安全标准体系建设的必要性,归纳出佛山市推进食品质量安全标准体系建设的具体做法和经验,包括构建食品质量安全标准体系、建立公共服务平台,为食品生产企业提供标准化指导,强化食品安全监管提供有力的技术支撑。 This paper focuses on the Foshan’s food quality and safety standard system constructions, by summarizing the current status of Chinese food quality and safety standards system and analyzes the necessity of constructing a standard system in Foshan, this paper concluded Foshan’s specific approach to promote food quality and safety standards and experience, which including: establishing the system and a public service platform. This will provide standardized guidance for food production companies and provide strong technical support to strengthen food safety supervision.
