摘要 在社会高速发展的背景下,人们更加重视食品的质量安全问题,同时政府也加大了监管力度。基于此,本文阐述了食品质量安全的特点,以食品加工生产环节、食品流通环节、食品销售环节为切入点,分析食品质量安全问题的诱因,同时针对各个环节的问题,提出具有针对性的解决对策,旨在全面解决当前食品的质量安全问题,从而为广大消费者提供健康、安全的食品,推动食品行业的发展。 Under the background of rapid social development, people pay more attention to the quality and safety of food, at the same time, the government has also increased supervision efforts. Based on this, this paper will describe the characteristics of food quality and safety, food processing and production links, food circulation links, food sales links as the starting point, analysis of food quality and safety problems, at the same time for each link of the problem, put forward targeted solutions, in order to comprehensively solve the current food quality and safety problems, so as to provide healthy and safe food for the majority of consumers, promote the development of food industry.
