摘要
目的:研究副溶血性弧菌耐低盐或耐高盐菌株在不同盐度下的生物学特性。方法:通过测定副溶血性弧菌分离株的耐低盐和耐高盐能力,筛选出耐低盐和(或)耐高盐菌株和盐的含量,分别测定其在低盐、最适盐度和高盐APW中的生物被膜生成力、溶血素活力、产胞外蛋白酶能力。结果:在最适盐度(3%Na Cl)生长条件下,菌株生物被膜生成能力和溶血素活力最强,在低盐(0.6%Na Cl)或高盐(8%Na Cl)条件下能力明显减弱,而其产胞外蛋白酶能力在不同盐度培养条件下没有明显差异。
Objective: To observe the growth characteristics of Vibiro parahaemolyticus in the medium of different salinity. Method: The low salt tolerance and high salt tolerance of V. parahaemolyticus isolates and the content of salt were determined. The biofilm formation ability, hemolysin activity and extracellular protease production index of the strains of V. parahaemolyticus repeatedly treated with low salinity and high salinity were investigated respectively. Result: The biofilm formation ability, hemolysin activity of V. parahaemolyticus growing in the medium of optimal salinity(3%NaCl) is more active than it in the medium of lower (0.6%NaCl)and higher(8%NaCl)salinity. While the extracellular protease production index of V. parahaemolyticus growing in the medium of different salinity have no significant difference.
