摘要
本文主要探讨了HACCP体系在桶装饮用纯净水生产过程中的应用研究,通过对整个生产工艺流程进行危害分析,确立关键控制点及相应的监控程序,最后选取一家桶装纯净水生产企业为验证研究对象,结果表明,本文提出的5个关键控制点及其相应的监控程序是切实可行的,而且效果显著。本研究为保证饮用水的安全性和品质提供了一种科学的管理方法,具有一定的参考和实用价值。
This paper mainly discusses the application of HACCP system in the production process of bottled purified drinking water. Through the hazard analysis of the whole production process, we determine the critical control points (CCP) and the corresponding monitoring procedures. Finally, a bottled purified water production enterprise is selected to verify the research object, the results show that the 5 critical control points (CCP) and corresponding monitoring procedures proposed in this paper are practical and effective. This study provides a scientific management method to ensure the safety and quality of drinking water, and has certain reference and practical value.
