摘要 如何培养满足当代医院药学服务需求的新型人才是目前药学带教工作者探讨与思考的重要问题。基于我院临床药师培训基地的实际带教经验,探索与实践临床药学带教的LBL-PBL-CBL多元化教学模式。教学中结合三种教学模式的优点,以临床药学专业知识为铺垫,以案例为线索,以问题为中心,培养学员的创新实践能力。LBL-PBL-CBL多元化教学模式在药学实践中具有可行性,且临床带教实例表明该方法可达到较好的教学效果,有助于临床药学带教水平的提高。 How to cultivate a new type of talents to meet the contemporary demand of pharmacy services in hospitals is an important issue to be discussed and pondered by pharmacy teaching staf. Based on the practical teaching experience of clinical pharmacist training in our hospital, we explore and practice LBL-PBL-CBL diversified teaching mode in the teaching of clinical pharmacy. In the process of teaching, we combined the advantages of the three teaching modes by taking the professional knowledge of clinical pharmacy as the bedding, taking the case as a clue and setting the problem as the center. Therefore, we cultivate the students' innovative and practical abilities. LBL-PBL-CBL diversified teaching model is feasible in pharmaceutical practice, and the clinical teaching examples show that the method can achieve better teaching efect and help to improve the teaching level of clinical pharmacy.
