持续质量改进模式在基层医院手术室标本管理中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement Model in the Management of Operating Room Specimens in Grass-roots Hospitals

目的观察分析持续质量改进模式在基层医院手术室标本管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1—8月收取的2 400例手术病理标本送检资料,期间采用持续质量改进模式进行管理,与2015年1—12月未实施持续质量改进的2 230例手术病理标本送检资料进行对比分析。结果我院于2016年1月对手术标本实施持续质量改进后,标本渗漏、标本离体未及时固定、信息不全、标本漏登记、标本送检不及时、标本未规范交接等现象均较质量改善前有明显降低,经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院手术室标本管理中,采用持续质量改进模式对其实施管理,可显著提高标本的管理质量,大幅降低标本的缺陷率,落实手术标本的规范化管理。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement model in the management of the operating room specimens of primary hospital. Methods The data of 2 400 cases of pathological specimens received in our hospital from January to August 2016 were administered by continuous quality improvement mode, and compared with 2 230 cases with continuous quality improvement from January to December 2015. Results After the continuous quality improvement of the surgical specimen in January 2016, the leakage of specimen, the absence of the specimen in time, the incomplete information, the omission of specimen, the failure of the specimen to be submitted, and the irregular handover of specimens were signifcantly reduced before the quality improvement, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the management of the operating room specimen of the primary hospital, the management of the continuous quality improvement model can signifcantly improve the quality of the specimen management, reduce the defect rate of specimen greatly, and carry out the standardized management of the surgical specimen.
