Analysis of Effect of PDCA Cycle Method in Prevention and Control Management of Multidrug-resistant Bacteria in Major Hospitals

目的对PDCA循环法规范三甲医院多重耐药菌防控管理的效果进行分析。方法选取2016年6月—2017年7月我院多重耐药菌防控管理人员80名作为研究对象。根据不同管理方法,将其分为观察组与参照组,每组各40名。观察组运用PDCA管理方法,参照组进行常规管理方法,对比两组管理人员的多重耐药菌防控管理效果。结果两组管理人员感染控制效果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环法用于规范三甲医院多重耐药菌防控管理的效果较理想,对提高管理人员防控管理能力、减少多重耐药菌院内感染事件发生有积极意义,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle method in prevention and control management of multidrug-resistant bacteria in major hospitals. Methods 80 prevention and control management personnel of multidrug-resistant bacteria in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the diferent management methods, with 40 members in each group. The observation group was used the PDCA management method, while the reference group was given the conventional management methods. Then, the prevention and control effect of multi drug resistant bacteria of two groups of managers were compared. Results Two groupsof management staff infection control effect contrast, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efect of PDCA cycle method on the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria in the third class hospital is ideal. It has positive significance to improve the management ability of management and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection of multidrug-resistant bacteria, and has certain clinical application value.
