摘要
目的研究环境湿度对血球分析仪测定结果的影响分析。方法在湿度环境>80%时对20天室内质控血样进行红细胞压积和血球红细胞容积分析,并采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对结果进行分析。结果湿度偏高会对红细胞压积和红细胞容积的分析产生明显干扰,湿度增大的条件下会使得红细胞压积、红细胞容积明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红细胞容积和红细胞压积作为临床上的常规检查项目,当室内湿度>80%时会严重干扰需求分析仪的测定结果,红细胞压积和红细胞容积明显偏低,应在室内增设除湿设备以降低湿度从而确保测定结果的准确性。
Objective To study the influence of environmental humidity on the results of blood cell analyzer. Methods The hematocrit and blood cell volume of blood cells were analyzed in the 20 days indoor quality control blood samples at a humidity of more than 80%, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results High humidity could signifcantly interfere with the analysis of hematocrit and red cell volume, and the hematocrit and red cell volume decreased signifcantly under the condition of increasing humidity, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The red blood cell volume and hematocrit are used as routine clinical examination items. When the indoor humidity is more than 80%, it will seriously interfere with the measurement results of the demand analyzer. The hematocrit and red blood cell volume are obviously low, and indoor dehumidification equipment should be added. That reducing humidity can ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
