重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对抑郁症患者时间知觉的影响

The Effect of High Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(rTMS) on the Time Perception of Depression in Patients With Left Dorsolateral Prefrontal Lobe

目的分析左背外侧前额叶高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对抑郁症患者时间知觉的影响。方法将我院收治的64例抑郁症患者纳入本次实验,所有病例均选自2016年1月—2017年7月,采取随机抽签的方式,将其分为甲组与乙组,每组各32例。两组患者均给予药物治疗,在此基础上,甲组给予左背外侧前额叶rTMS治疗,乙组给予假rTMS治疗,对比两组患者的时间知觉和抑郁情绪改善情况。结果甲组患者600 ms时距复制误差和3 s时距复制误差均低于乙组,甲组患者HAMD评分低于乙组,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者采取左背外侧前额叶高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗可明显改善其时间知觉和抑郁情绪。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） on the time perception of depression in patients with left dorsolateral prefrontal lobe. Methods 64 cases of depression in our hospital were included in this experiment. All cases were selected from January 2016 to July 2017. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 32 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given medication, on this basis, group A was treated with left lateral prefrontal rTMS. Group B was given the treatment of false rTMS. The time perception and improvement of depression were compared between the two groups. Results The error of the distance replication error at 600 ms and the 3 s distance replication error was lower than that in group B, and the HAMD score in group A was lower than that in group B, and the diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of depression in patients with left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can signifcantly improve their time perception and depression.
