手术室高危药品安全管理的方法与效果评价

Safety Management Method and Effect Evaluation of High Risk Drugs in Operation Room

目的规范手术室高危药品的管理,提高手术患者用药安全。方法在手术室成立高危药品安全管理小组,制定和完善手术室高危药品目录,进一步规范高危药品管理制度,对护士进行手术室高危药品知识培训及考核、新入科护士严格资格准入,强调高危药品使用前后双人查对制度及用药后效果观察、不良反应监测。结果安全管理实施后手术室高危药品管理缺陷发生率低于安全管理实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全管理实施后手术室护士对高危药品安全管理及使用相关理论知识掌握情况高于安全管理实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范手术室高危药品安全管理能有效提高医护人员的安全用药能力,确保患者围手术期用药安全。

Objective Standardizing the management of high-risk drugs in operating room and improving the safety of drug use in operation. Methods To set up a high-risk drug safety management team in the operating room, to formulate and perfect the catalogue of high-risk drugs in operating room, further standardize the management system of high-risk drugs, carry out the training and examination of high-risk drugs in operating room, and strictly qualify for new nurses, emphasizing the double check system before and after the use of high-risk drugs and the observation of effect and adverse reaction monitoring. Results After the implementation of safety management, the incidence rate of high-risk drugs management in operating room is lower than that before safety management, the diference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After the implementation of the safety management, the operating room nurses ＇ knowledge of the safety management and use of high-risk drugs is significantly higher than that before the safety management, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standardizing the safety management of high-risk drugs in operating room can effectively improve the safety medication ability of medical staff and ensure the safety of medication during perioperative period.
