负压封闭引流术在烧伤护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage in Burn Nursing

目的探究负压封闭引流术在烧伤护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月12日—2017年6月12日就诊的86例烧伤患者作为研究对象。所有患者均给予负压封闭引流术治疗,常规组选择传统护理模式,实验组选择综合护理干预模式,将两组患者的护理效果进行综合分析。结果护理总有效率:实验组为93.02%,常规组为76.74%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率:实验组为4.65%,常规组为18.60%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对烧伤患者给予负压封闭引流术治疗,并给予综合护理干预模式的效果显著。

Abstract Objective To explore the application efect of negative pressure closure drainage in burn care. Methods 86 cases of burn patients in our hospital from June 12, 2015 to June 12, 2017 were selected as research subjects. All patients were treated by vacuum sealing drainage. In the routine group, the traditional nursing mode was selected. The experimentalgroup chose the comprehensive nursing intervention model. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed comprehensively. Results The total efective rate of nursing was 93.02% in the experimental group and 76.74% in the routine group, and the diference was statistically signifcant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications was 4.65% in the experimental group and 18.60% in the conventional group, and the diference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of negative pressure closed drainage for burn patients and the efect of comprehensive nursing intervention is signifcant.
