心理护理干预对精神分裂症患者抑郁症状的影响

The Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Depressive Symptoms of Schizophrenic Patients

目的观察心理护理干预运用到精神分裂症患者中,对其抑郁情绪所产生的影响。方法抽取2016年6月—2017年10月在我院接受并治疗的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,并依据不同护理方式,将其分成两组。参照组40例患者施予常规的护理,观察组40例患者施予心理护理干预,对比两组患者的抑郁症缓解状况。结果观察组患者的抑郁症状评分优于参照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神分裂症患者施予了心理护理干预后,能够全方位地舒缓患者的抑郁情绪,增强患者自我的心理调控能力,并提升患者的预后,值得医学领域的全方位推行与运用。

Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the depression of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia who received and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. 40 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care. 40 patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing intervention. The remission of depression in the two groups was compared. Results The depressive symptom score of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the reference group, the diference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prognosis of psychosocial care in schizophrenic patients can relieve the depressed mood of the patients in all directions, enhance the psychological control ability of the patients and improve the prognosis of the patients, which is worthy of the full implementation and application of the medical feld.
