护理管理干预对减少COPD患者住院费用的作用评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Management Intervention on Hospitalization Cost Reduction in COPD Patients

目的探究分析护理管理干预对减少COPD患者住院费用的作用。方法抽选2015年1月—2017年10月我院收治的COPD患者169例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。实验组85例,接受护理管理干预;对照组84例,接受常规护理。结果采用护理管理干预的患者住院费用为(3.18±0.16)千元,采用常规护理患者住院费用为(4.05±0.49)千元,护理管理干预患者住院费用少于常规护理,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在COPD患者护理当中采用护理管理干预能够有效促进患者病情康复,减少患者住院费用。

Objective To explore the role of nursing management interventions in reducing the hospitalization costs of patients with COPD. Methods A total of 169 patients with COPD admitted to our hospitalfrom January 2015 and October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 85 patients in the experimental group received intervention in nursing management and 84 patients in the control group received routinecare. Results The hospitalization cost of patients with care management intervention （3.18±0.16） thousand yuan was significantly lower than that of routine care （4.05±0.49） thousand yuan, and the differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of nursing management intervention in the care of patients with COPD can efectivelypromote the recovery of the patient＇s condition and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
