摘要
目的对循证护理管理在消毒供应中心中的应用价值分析。方法选取我院消毒供应中心进行消毒的100件器械,随机分为观察组与对照组,各组50件,观察组应用循证护理管理,对照组应用传统护理管理。结果实施护理后观察组清洗、包装以及灭菌质量均优于对照组,且清洗、包装以及灭菌合格率也高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心应用循证护理管理有利于提高器械的清洗、包装以及灭菌质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing management in the disinfection supply center. Methods 100 instruments which were sterilized in our sterile supply center were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 instruments in each group. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing management, while the control group received traditional nursing management. Results After the implementation of nursing, the quality of cleaning, packaging and sterilization of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the qualifed rate of cleaning, packing and sterilization was also higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing management in the sterilization and supply center is benefcial to the improvement of the quality of the cleaning, packaging and sterilization of the instruments.
